OUR POLICIES

BOOKING AND DEPOSIT

Most of our services and staff do not require a deposit when booking except for NHI LE and CHI. A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $25 or more is required when you book with Nhi Le for nail services, or Chi for lash extension service. The deposit will be applied towards your service on the day of your appointment.

LATE ARRIVAL AND CANCELLATION

We understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances are unavoidable and you may need to change your schedule.
We kindly ask that you give us 24 HOURS’ notice if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment.
This ensures that we can make appropriate arrangements to reschedule your appointment while also giving other clients the opportunity to fill your canceled spot.
We offer a 10-minute grace period beginning at the time of your appointment.
Any arrivals after the grace period has expired will be considered as a “walk-in” customer, and will be attended to in the order in which they arrived.
If you believe you are running late for your appointment, please give us a call with your estimated arrival time frame.
Late clients can throw off our entire schedule and cause our other clients to be late for their commitments.
Due to scheduling commitments to other clients, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late.
If a specific technician was requested during booking, a late arrival could result in services being rendered by the first available technician.
Please be aware that if you repeatedly cancel appointments or no-show, without proper notice, we reserve the right to ask for a non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept cash. All major credit/debit cards will incur an additional 2% fee from the card processing company.

REFUNDS

No refunds will be given after you have left the salon. If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied. No refunds will be given because you have simply changed your mind.

GUARANTEE

Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools! Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.
Gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 days and 7 days for dipping powder and enhancement services after your appointment, excluding breakage.
If you notice chips or lifting within this time, please call us to schedule a free repair with the original color of service.
You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 5 days after your initial service. Repairs after the guarantee time for breakages, tears, and corner breaks will be charged.
Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.

GIFT CARDS

No refunds on purchased gift cards. Treat your gift cards like cash. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.

CHILDREN SAFETY

For safety and insurance liability, children must be supervised by an adult and sit with their parents while in the salon. You are liable for any damage caused by your children in the salon. To respect our clients’ relaxation time while at the salon, please ensure your children are not running around, yelling, or crying.

*WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO:

  • Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.
  • Anyone with open or infected wounds in the treatment area.
  • Anyone in a state of ill health that we suspect might be contagious, or whom we believe could be adversely affected by our services.
  • Anyone more than 10 to 15 minutes late for an appointment.
  • Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our nail technicians and other customers.
